We visited a local restaurant (Galloping Galette) for brunch yesterday and the coffee was AMAZING! When we inquired about the coffee brand we were told by the owner that it was from “Mr. Bill’s Beans” (a local roaster from Athens offering organic and delicious coffee). So we will be heading ASAP to bring bags of this delicious, bold (but not at all bitter) home with us! Hubby is a retired Marine so we also love that Mr. Bill also served. Mr. Bill's Beans' coffee has been my favorite for a while now. Every roast is made by the man himself and he puts his passion behind all of them. I personally recommend 'The Revenant'. Suppose the best part is the fact that Mr. Bill himself is a great guy who cares about his coffee and his clients.

I have enjoyed Mr Bill's Beans for about 2 years, he is wonderful. I LOVE the Bourbon Roast, it has all smell, taste, and flavor of Bourbon, and perfect for that morning wake up, without the alcohol.
